About me
After studying mathematics, my path led me back to school. As a teacher of Protestant religion, mathematics, and computer science in Cologne and New York, I designed learning environments, coached parents and students, promoted school development, and provided training for colleagues.
I then transferred my experience to the agile organizational world: As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Gasunie, I accompanied teams and managers through the restructuring of the IT department.
I love creating spaces in which collaboration succeeds. I am sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes present, sometimes almost invisible, doing whatever is needed to help teams succeed.
